Return Policy

A. 30-Day Return Window

You are entitled to a 30-day return period, commencing from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, complete with any tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to facilitate the return.

B. Return Process

Should you wish to initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@yrto.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will furnish you with a prepaid return shipping label, along with comprehensive guidelines on how to package and where to dispatch your return. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be processed.

C. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products

We encourage you to inspect your items promptly upon receipt. If you discover that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@yrto.com, so we can assess the situation and take appropriate remedial action. The duration it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. However it should typically not exceed 2-3 weeks.

 

D. Product Exchanges

Exchanges are solely permissible for items that are damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, or of the wrong size. Should you require an exchange for any of these reasons, please communicate with our Customer Support team at support@yrto.com.

E. No Restocking Fees

YRTO.COM does not impose a restocking fee on returned items.

F. Refunds Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method automatically. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
