Will my shipment be affected by the current situation?

Most of our items are already stocked inside our warehouses in 4 continents (North America, Europe, Australia, East Asia) which mean that there will be no extra delays.

We offer Premium Shipping Worldwide with a Tracking number. Our customers are typically from Western Europe: UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Scandinavia etc) but also USA, Australia and East Asia.

Our warehouses are located in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia to accommodate our customers. 

Are you based in USA, UK, Australia or EU? 

If that is the case, you will be happy to learn that we offer the Premium Express Shipping option for 90% of our products. This means that you can get your package delivered to your doorsteps within 3 - 5 days after ordering. 

How much does shipping cost?

Depending on your location, we offer FREE Premium Shipping with a tracking number worldwide! If you need to receive your order faster, the Express Shipping option is offered depending upon your location.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Package?

Each orders are processed by hand which prevents errors and fits in our quality standards. This necessary step creates a processing time before we can ship out the orders. The timings are listed below:
  • Processing time 1-2  working Days
  • Shipping once sent 3-7 working days for USA, UK, AU, European Union
  • Shipping once sent 3-16 working days for rest of the world
  • Express Shipping 3-5 days available for certain articles

Missing Package?

On that rare occasion that your item goes missing or shows up late don't worry! All you need to do is to contact us here. We will reply within 24 hours. If for some reason we don't, just send us an email again. We pride ourselves on customer satisfactions and try to fix any issues as soon as possible.

 Does Duty Tax Apply?

In most cases no because the total cost of the order will be small. It's up to you to find out if you have to pay it or not. Unless you have a large order you should be ok but please double check with your local customs.
